Q-pass Platform – Project Description
Project Scope and Objectives
The emergence and continuously increasing use of modern digital technology has not only shaped, but continues to influence consumer behavior. Younger generations, representing 60% of the total consumer base, primarily adopt digital solutions to access products and services. It is clear to businesses that they must align with these new consumer behaviors, and their digital transformation is not a future condition – it is an immediate need and priority.
Until now, businesses’ solutions have required many different heterogeneous systems, each targeting specific needs of their digital transformation.
Q Digital Services plans to create the Q-pass digital platform, which will provide businesses with a comprehensive solution for holistic digital transformation – an All-In-One App. Specifically, Q-pass will offer businesses a single digital tool that, beyond online ordering, will include CRM (customer relationship management), online payment, point-of-sale systems, booking management, self-ordering systems, and staff management.
Q-pass is designed to place the user/consumer at the center of digital service design and implementation, providing solutions and options to make daily purchasing experiences easier and more enjoyable. Users will be able to create their own digital neighborhood within the Q-pass app environment, fulfilling a wide range of daily needs digitally: ordering food/coffee and other goods, self-ordering in cafés, beach bars, or restaurants, making bookings for restaurants, beach bars, parking, gyms, hair salons, purchasing tickets for cinemas, cultural events, sports events, or even calling a taxi.
Project Content and Expected Results
Q-pass will consist of the main product and a series of optional modules in a modular architecture. This architecture was chosen because it can address all business digital transformation needs, allowing businesses to configure the services they activate according to their activity and growth.
Q Digital Services will develop the Q-pass software on the cloud. The platform will include:
- Q-pass main mobile app: A multi-tenant app for end-users, available on Android and iOS, providing access to partner business services.
- Q-pass web app: Accessible via browser in wide-screen format (tablets, desktops, smart TVs).
- Q-console: A web-based application for daily operations of partner businesses, including online ordering, in-store order management, booking management, and customer communication.
- Dashboard: Web-based application for managing partner businesses, acting as a control center for service activation, configuration, and customer management.
- Administration dashboard: Web-based application for Q Digital Services’ internal management, including customer management, financial oversight, and support for partners and end-users.
- Web Page: The main website of the Q-pass platform, serving both partner businesses and end-users.
Services Offered to Partner Businesses
- Online Ordering: Remote ordering with offers, coupon redemption, delivery options, payment options, and order tracking.
- Dine-in / Table ordering: In-store ordering by customers with online payment.
- Booking tables/sunbeds/etc.: Remote booking with seat selection options.
- Kiosk: Digital kiosk ordering with card payment and order printing options.
- Track Delivery: Delivery tracking for customers and fleet monitoring for business owners.
- PDA-POS: Staff order management.
- Loyalty program: Customer rewards and retention program.
- Q Too Good To Go / Last minute deals: Discounted sale of remaining food items to reduce waste.
- Subscriptions for shops: Creation of subscription products and pre-purchase options.
- Communication Commerce – messages: Live messaging between business and remote customers.
- Ticket booking/issuing: Electronic ticketing.
- Taxi calling: Connecting users with taxi stations and companies.
